Change of Mind & Exchanges policy

If you change your mind or want to make an exchange, you may return the product within 14 business days of the date of delivery or collection, provided that the product is in the same condition that you received it. This means the product is unused, and remains in its original packaging.

Please be aware that you will have to get the product back to us. This is not covered by refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions detailing the next steps.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@eliving.com.au. We will require proof of purchase, which can be a receipt, order conformation, and/or order number. 

Damages return policy
If any goods arrive damaged when delivered, you may return the product within 14 business days of the date of delivery or collection. Conditions Apply.

Damaged goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.

Please be aware, you may be asked for proof that this item is damaged, and that it was not your fault.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any products sold as factory seconds, repaired products, or damaged goods where the customer was made aware before purchase will not be eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it, and notify you whether or not you qualify for a refund. Once we have processed your return, we will contact you within 3 business days. If you think we have taken too long to reply (keeping transit in mind), please email us at sales@eliving.com.au, or call us at +61 438 490 066 (during business hours).

If you qualify, you will receive an automatic refund via the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to be processed by your bank or credit card company, and longer for cash returns via post.

If you do not receive your refund, email us at sales@eliving.com.au. You will need proof of refund conformation.
